1. How long will delivery take and where do you deliver?
Orders within the UAE are delivered the next day. We do not currently have international orders but we are working on it.
2. What is the return policy?
We have a 7 day offer to exchange or return products. Products on sale have a 3 day return policy.
3. How often can I use the Mini Magic?
The Mini Magic should be used thrice a week, for no longer than ten min, to see results. The silicone side should not be used on sensitive skin.
4. How often should I use the Cryo-craze or the Cryo-Mini?
You should use manual massagers at least three times a week to see results. We recommend a 15 min massage across the face and neck.
5. Are the products water resistant?
Yes, all our products are IPX-7 water resistant, meaning they can be washed with soap and water to be kept clean.
6. How often do I clean my products?
You should clean your products are every use with a mild cleanser.
7. Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
All products should be used with caution and with the advice of your doctor if you are suffering from any skin conditions.
